Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We do not accept returns on products that are in tube or liquid form.
These items are shipped by air, and minor changes in tube shape or air bubbles can occur due to air pressure. This is normal and does not affect the product’s quality or safety, and does not qualify as damage or defect. -
Unboxing Video Required:
To be eligible for a return or refund due to damage, missing items, or receiving the wrong product, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the full unboxing (from sealed package to product shown clearly).
Claims without an unboxing video will not be accepted, as this helps us prevent fraudulent claims and serve you better. -
BOGO Offer Policy:
If you purchase during a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion and then remove the free/bonus quantity from your cart before checkout, the brand will not be able to provide any refund or replacement later.
BOGO deals are already sold at a heavily discounted price, and shipping an additional unit separately would be a direct loss to the brand. Please ensure your cart includes the full BOGO set at checkout. -
Skin Compatibility:
Every skin type is unique, and skincare products can perform differently from person to person.
If a product does not suit your skin or deliver expected results, it will not be considered a valid reason for refund or return, as reactions or differences in performance vary based on individual skin types, routines, and environments.
We recommend performing a patch test before full application to ensure compatibility. -
Return Shipping & Handling Fee
If your return request is approved, a flat ₹99 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and return handling costs.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
